Founded by a Dutch family enchanted by the allure of beautiful Ireland, we've been blessed to not only start our business in Cork but also to build a community here. Our culinary journey is spearheaded by our skilled chef, trained under the renowned Head Chef of Nobu, Narahito Matsunaga.
